How it works
Open Text to Speech and use a short passage from the project you actually want to publish. Include difficult names or technical terms.
Pick the voice and model before generating. The trial used Roger with Eleven Multilingual v2.
Listen while reading your script. Check missing words, pronunciation, pacing, and whether the delivery fits your video.
The actual test
The test deliberately used technical language instead of an easy marketing sentence. Generation 2 was preferred for this passage, but two takes are not enough to claim universal quality.
Test script“The pipeline uses retrieval-augmented generation, vector embeddings, asynchronous workers, and a FastAPI service behind a reverse proxy.”
Quick decision
Before you publish
ElevenLabs’ current guidance says the free plan does not include commercial-use rights. Paid-plan generations may carry commercial rights, subject to the applicable terms and exclusions.
Upgrading later does not automatically license audio created while you were on the free plan.
Verify the commercial-use guidance and current plans for your intended use.
Ready to test your script?
Use a real sentence from your next video, then review the result before building a larger workflow.
